Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our 7-day return and exchange policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns  

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available in cases where you receive the wrong article or the product doesn't fit properly.
  • The item must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Exchange:
    If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or model, we will initiate the process once the product is picked up and a confirmation call is made.
  • Refunds:
    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (credit/debit card or net banking) within 24–48 business hours after we receive the returned product.
    • COD Orders: Please provide your bank account or UPI details. Refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours after receiving the returned product. The amount should be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days.

4. Out of Stock Situations

During the exchange process, if the selected product goes out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer one of the following:

    • An alternate product for exchange
    • A delay in shipment
    • Cancellation and full refund

5. Return Pickup Issues

  • In some areas, our logistics partners may be unable to arrange a reverse pickup.
  • In such cases, we may request you initiate the return shipment from your end. Once we receive the product and verify it, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed to your bank account.

6. Wrong Product Received

  • If a wrong product is delivered, we require customers to share video evidence of the unboxing process as proof to validate and process the return/exchange smoothly.
