📅 Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available if:

    • You receive the wrong product.

    • The size doesn’t fit as expected.

  • Once the product is picked up and verified, we will process your exchange promptly.

  • If your requested size or product is out of stock, we’ll offer:

    • A replacement with a similar product.

    • A delayed shipment.

    • Or a full refund.

  • The exchanged or replacement product will be delivered within 3–6 working days after we receive the returned item.

💰 Return & Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 24–48 business hours after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Share your bank account or UPI details. Refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours, and the amount should reflect in your account within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:

    • You may be asked to self-ship the product back to us.

    • Once we receive and verify it, we’ll reimburse your return shipping cost to your bank account.

  • For wrong or defective products, please record an unboxing video to help us validate and process your return/exchange quickly.
