Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a separate notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 9 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Our delivery partner will notify you via text message using the contact number provided at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout.
Please note: Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking link.

Delays & Support

While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, local restrictions, or courier issues may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Replacements

We accept replacements within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective product or a different product than ordered.
Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
Please note: Shipping and COD fees are not refundable in such cases.
