Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive a separate notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 9 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Our delivery partner will notify you via text message using the contact number provided at checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout.

  • Please note: Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking link.

Delays & Support

While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, local restrictions, or courier issues may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Replacements

  • We accept replacements within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective product or a different product than ordered.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

  • Please note: Shipping and COD fees are not refundable in such cases.
