After using the sandals for a short period of time, I observed that the sole becomes very plain and loses its grip. Because of this, the sandals start slipping on smooth surfaces such as marble flooring. The situation becomes even more dangerous when the floor is slightly wet or sprayed with water, as it becomes almost impossible to walk safely.

Due to this issue, I have already slipped and fallen twice on a platform surface. Fortunately, I narrowly avoided serious injury both times. This experience was quite alarming and could have resulted in a major accident.

To temporarily solve the problem and avoid further slipping, I had to apply nail polish on the sole and also create slots on both sandals using a soldering iron to increase friction. However, these are only temporary fixes and should not be necessary for a product designed for regular use.

I would also like to mention that I am already using your company's safety shoes, which I trust and have found reliable. Because of that positive experience, I chose to purchase your sandals as well. Unfortunately, in this case my trust in the product has not been met.

Therefore, I request you not only to review and improve the sole design and grip quality of the sandals, but also to inform me how you plan to address the loss of confidence and inconvenience caused to me as a customer who believed in your product quality.
